Due to the handmade, custom, and personalized nature of our products, The Pixie Studio does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tiffany@thepixiestudio.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
